ProgrammerSwag prioritizes customer satisfaction. If you receive a damaged item, we offer a replacement but do not provide refunds.
Replacement for Damaged Items:
- If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately at support@programmerswag.com
- Provide photographic evidence of the damage.
- We will arrange for a replacement of the same item.
- Replacements are subject to stock availability.
Return Eligibility:
- Returns are only accepted for damaged items.
- Item must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
Return Process:
- Contact us to initiate the return process for a damaged item.
- Follow the instructions provided by our customer service team for returning the item.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items that are not damaged are not eligible for return or exchange.
