ProgrammerSwag prioritizes customer satisfaction. If you receive a damaged item, we offer a replacement but do not provide refunds.

Replacement for Damaged Items:

  • If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately at support@programmerswag.com
  • Provide photographic evidence of the damage.
  • We will arrange for a replacement of the same item.
  • Replacements are subject to stock availability.

Return Eligibility:

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged items.
  • Item must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

Non-Returnable Items:
