Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:

  • Mode of Delivery: Standard Shipping
  • For US and UK: Flat Shipping fee of $5 and Delivery within 3-5 business days.
  • For Canada: Flat Shipping fee of $10 and Delivery within 5-7 business days
  • For Other Countries: Flat Shipping fee of $10 and Delivery time can go upto 2-3 weeks.

Processing Time:

  • Orders processed within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends/holidays are processed next business day.

Handling “Out of Order” stock:

  • If you place an order and the product subsequently goes out of stock, we will notify you within 16 hours of the payment being processed through our mail – support@programmerswag.com.
  • If you’re interested in a design that’s currently out of stock, please fill out the form on our contact page. We will notify you as soon as the product becomes available

International Shipping:

  • Delivery times and costs vary by country.
  • Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes.
  • Some products may be unavailable for international shipping.

Order Tracking:

  • A tracking number provided upon shipment for real-time tracking.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • No shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to carrier limitations.

Damaged or Lost Shipments:

  • Report damaged items within 7 days of delivery.
  • For lost shipments, contact us for a resolution.

Changes to Shipping Address:

  • Contact customer service immediately for address changes. Changes are not guaranteed once order processing begins.
